Psalm 62:1'My soul finds rest in God alone.'
Rest isn't just laying down and clearing your mind. It isn't just having eight hours of sleep or sitting in front of the TV for hours. Real rest means retraining your mind to turn over all your problems to the Only One who is able to work them out. And as we hand them over to Him, He leaves us with minds at peace and arms that are no longer overloaded. And the greatest of these is Love =) 6:36 PM
